5th Dec: SR Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 #34067 'Tangmere' THE BATH CHRSTMAS MARKET from Three Bridges to Bristol Temple Meads 1Z80 Fareham-Botley. Glad to see Tangmere comes back (from Carnforth yesterday). It was a severe weather today, in the North in particular. Cathex from London Euston to Appleby (1Z86) was terminated at Carnforth due to severe flooding. We had a very strong wind from the early morning even in the South here. Despite such a weather condition, unfortunately, there was some bonfire going on nearby and often smokes from it made my view very hazy ! Class 47 #47832 was on the rear.
