5th Apr: Hastings Unit 1013 and 1001 'Thumper' The East West DEMU (Hastings Diesels Limited) 1Z51 1630 Bicester Village to Hastings. The weather was too good to ignore to see the return leg, also the time shift to the summer time last Sunday helped the lighting. I know it would be under strong backlit but thought it may bring some unusual shot. Well, not sure if my attempt went well or not ! Again, 1Z51 was flying at Dorking West thanks to the downgrade, but no air turbulence this time because I was standing at the "right (?)" side of the platform ! Spot that 1013 is showing the head code of 50.
