7th Dec: SR Merchant Navy Class 4-6-2 #35028 'Clan Line' VSOE LUNCHEON SPECIAL Victoria-Shalford-Victoria Circular 1Z82 Chilworth-Gomshall. About 1 hour late due to unknown reasons. A rumour says some trouble with the diesel (Class 67 ?) shortly after the Victoria departure but not sure (in fact, there was no diesel at the rear today). I think I could not make the shot if Clan Line was another 10 minutes late (too dark).
