13th Feb: Only one operational steam triple-headed train left in Japan at that time. The last remaining 2492 triple-headed freight train at the Nunohara signal station was one of the iconic star for all steam enthusiasts. I had only one occasion to visit the Nunohara signal station that locates at the right middle of the Chugoku mountain range near Niimi. Unfortunately the weather was not great and it was very dark on that day, so I tried to use NEOPAN SSS (Fuji ISO 200 Black & White Film) with my Taron 35 camera first time. I remember that I was disappointed with my picture at that time, but it became a quite memorable moment now. Nunohara-Niimi, Hakubi Line
